Liberation is a unique fusion of the living principles of the Tao, Zen, Advaita, and Navajo healing ways - as they have manifested and merged in my own life.

I have heard so many echoes of the Liberation Path in the words of Walt Whitman, Emily Dickinson, and Pablo Neruda (to name but a few). These voices proclaim the simultaneous mystery of the self with the uniqueness of the ever-changing being who we are.

Unlike some schools of Buddhism and that of neo-Advaita - the Liberation Path celebrates the human being and the vast natural world that connects us with not only each other, but with all of the cosmos. Liberation sees this life as a calling to fully embrace who we truly are. Who that being is can never be nailed down or put into words, but that energy and form is right here - right now only waiting for you to discover her.
The Liberation book is filled with stories, meditations, analyses, and so many years of experience that put the whole process together. It is a panoramic vision of the human life on the individual and groups levels.

But before we can find out who we truly are, we must first descend into the nether regions of the self - to that place where we experienced our primal invalidation. This is the beginning of the healing journey. I call this place the Wound and it is in this very realm where we were compelled to turn against ourselves. Our healing does not manifest through our self-celebration, but through a profound understanding of the darker domain of the Wound and the world of fear and falseness that it arouses.
This is the true healing journey, which is the path of Liberation. I invite you to take this journey - it’s never too late to awaken to the glorious and loving energy that we truly are.
