The first item is my formal report presented to the National Institute of Justice (the research wing of the US Department of Justice). It is an evaluation/assessment of Navajo Peacemaking. Although the writing is academic in tone and the research methods are quantitative, the underlying principles are extremely powerful and compelling. It is possible to use these methods in your everyday life.
The second item is a succinct and concise theory of restorative justice that was part of my Ph.D work. If you are a student of sociology or criminal justice, I think that you will find this document to be of interest.
