Thank you for showing the next level after esoterics, after synthesizing after dualism when the urge for false unity and new search becomes so coercive. This was the vital lie, and I as a platonic idealist fell deep. Now I am recovering, at 82.C.W.

You seem so CLEAR and filled with sincerity. I really resonate with you. Thank you so much. I’ve been on the path for over forty years and still I’m not awake. I’m looking forward to reading your book, Liberation from the Lie. I’m so sleepy I can hardly stay awake to listen to the videos but I’m so entrenched and fascinated with your delivery; so real, honest and understandable. H.P.

What is happening for me here is that I see you and your work as very important. It resonates with me on a deep level and you resonate with me on a deep level as well. I view you as a comrade, a brother in arms as it were. I do not say this to many people. There is something about your message I find quite riveting. I find your approach extremely honest and raw. S.M.

Your book has truly given me valuable insights which not only make sense, but help explain my unique path thru life. I still say your book ranks right-up there with The Power of Now! L. R.

Thanks again for writing a very clear, intellectually and emotionally challenging, easy to read, pleasure to read yet intense with guts–without even a hint of sermonic preachiness! I.S.

Eric you are so unique. Your raw and uncensored thoughts reach way inside of me, where truth lies. I am drawn to your posts every day like a thirsty animal to water. G.C.

I am sure this review can not do justice to this book so I strongly encourage each reader of this review to read the book for themselves and let the author explain to you through the book the path to liberating yourself from the lie of the wound. My life has been changed with this new understanding and I believe yours will be also. S. B.

Every page of your book is a mirror in which I see myself. I. C.

I bought and read your book last winter. I was drawn to the title more than anything else. Your book was the light during a dark few months of my life. It resonated so deeply with me, as I can see that fear has been my companion for much of my life. There is something about not walking away from fear, but turning towards it, which I find so life-giving, so life-affirming. Thank you for this beautiful gift, Eric. H.O.

I’ve been reading your book, Liberation from the Lieand find it revolutionary. A.

Last night when I read the passage from Moby Dick, it stunned me.

Had to re-read it about five times. You’ve done a great job on this book I can tell that already. It hits me,…hard…and in the gut. J. O.

I don’t want to waste any of your time except to tell you how FUCKING GRATEFUL i am to have come across your book and your other writings! I hope my exuberance doesn’t shock you but it is really very incredible what is happening now because I came across you! D. H.

This is pure genius. I feel myself unfolding. C. C.

I am just about finished with your book … well, I’ll never be “finished” … and wanted to tell you that this is the first book that I feel goes straight to the heart of the issue. K. B.

I want to also affirm the light I see in your and that so clearly and brilliantly shines forth in your work. Your clear description of our fear self’s has allowed me to see more clearly where I consistently get stuck and I am so grateful to have this work accessible. N.E.

Eric your awareness and insights are brilliant, you have done quite a lot of work to understand the depth of these issues. You are a marvel! H.Z.

Once in a while Eric, your clarity and simplicity are stunning. And all I can say is that an end to seeking was the greatest gift I was ever given. W. M.

I like chatting with you… you deliver some kick ass talks and it’s a pleasure being witness to it. N.C.

I discovered you and your videos and books about a week ago, and Man, you’re talkin’ to me. Thank you so much for writing this book! B. D.

Your book is fantastic! C. L.

Again, from one who has an arsenal of self help books that stretch through the years as far back as Adult Children of Alcoholics, to ACIM and to Advaita, thank you for writing a book that gives clear guidance of what the problem is and how to find liberation. This book makes sense. K. B.

I want to thank you for your kind gift (you have sent me Liberation), thank you very much. D.M.

I’m resonating strongly with your description of the Wound. I see starkly, clearly how I was invalidated and have built a false self trying to gain love and validation, and I’m still looking for it mightily!  It’s so clear after reading your first chapters! C.C.

This book is an outstanding and original examination of the roots of our human suffering. It offers concrete ideas, an easy to read format, and exercises that make sense. The author, Eric Gross consistently shows that he cares for the reader, and for humanity. R.D.

This is NOT a self-help book in the traditional sense. There are no affirmations to recite, journals to keep, or empty chairs to speak to. Liberation from the Lie deals with the cause of fear…not the effects. From the perspective of someone who is accustomed to assignments, endless analysis; “doing something” in an effort to “improve” my self, these ideas can be quite challenging. However, I can heartily recommend taking the risk. I.

So far I’ve read about 20 different spiritual books. Although many have been good, in my opinion the best two books are The Power of Now (E. Tolle) and Liberation From the Lie (Eric Gross). They both changed the way I think, but Liberation From the Lie really helped me understand how my ego works. The topic of the ego is extremely complicated, but Gross’s book really made it easy to understand. L.R.

By far, one of the better, if not the best, “help” books I’ve read (believe me, there have been many). The exercises put forth by Mr. Gross in Liberation from the Lie are very practical. My opinion, his work is much more focused and accessible than what Tolle attempts to impart in the Power of Now (not to discount Tolle’s stellar work). R. K.

Eric Gross shines a thousand headlights on your Fear-Self. Seeing the Fear-Self, and seeing who sees it, you might realize there is another approach to living life. J. K.

Eric Gross gives us a lifeline to let go without becoming defensive or obsessed. When one tries to go beyond the consciousness to the unconsciousness, one is on a journey that will never end. This journey opens up the door to our true self, our other self. J. S.

If you’re looking to be lulled or soothed, this is not the book for you. But if you have had enough of your misery and want the doorway out of your personal prison, then you will love what you read. The phrase, “the only way out is through” is true. K. B.

Author Eric Gross and his ambitious 364 book Liberation From The Lie is a clarion call to humanity, encouraging each and everyone of us to rediscover our uniqueness, pursue our long ignored dreams and return to the heroic path for which we were destined. B. E.
